Alokito Chor একটি মানুষের উদ্যোগ নয়; এটি একটি সম্মিলিত স্বপ্ন। আমাদের টিম গঠিত হয়েছে কুড়িগ্রাম জেলার চরাঞ্চল ও আশপাশের এলাকার তরুণ, শিক্ষার্থী, সমাজকর্মী ও স্বেচ্ছাসেবকদের নিয়ে, যারা নিজ নিজ অবস্থান থেকে সমাজ পরিবর্তনে বিশ্বাস করে।
আমাদের টিমের সদস্যরা মাঠপর্যায়ে কাজ করে চরাঞ্চলের মানুষের প্রকৃত চাহিদা বুঝতে চেষ্টা করেন। তারা শিক্ষা, সামাজিক ব্যবসা, নারী ক্ষমতায়ন ও কমিউনিটি উন্নয়ন কার্যক্রম বাস্তবায়নে সরাসরি যুক্ত। স্থানীয় মানুষের অংশগ্রহণ ও মতামতকে গুরুত্ব দিয়েই আমাদের প্রতিটি উদ্যোগ পরিকল্পনা ও বাস্তবায়ন করা হয়।
Alokito Chor টিম বিশ্বাস করে, টেকসই পরিবর্তন তখনই সম্ভব যখন উন্নয়ন কার্যক্রম স্থানীয় মানুষদের নিয়েই গড়ে ওঠে। তাই আমরা বাহির থেকে সমাধান চাপিয়ে না দিয়ে, চরবাসীর সঙ্গে একসাথে পথ চলার নীতিতে বিশ্বাসী।
Our Team
Alokito Chor is not driven by a single individual; it is a collective vision. Our team is formed by young people, students, social workers, and volunteers from the char areas of Kurigram district and nearby regions, who believe in meaningful and lasting social change.
Team members work closely at the grassroots level to understand the real needs of char communities. They are directly involved in implementing education initiatives, social business activities, women empowerment programs, and community development efforts. Local participation and community feedback are central to every stage of our planning and execution.
The Alokito Chor team believes that sustainable change is only possible when development initiatives are built with the people they aim to serve. Rather than imposing external solutions, we walk alongside char communities as partners in progress.
